Product Description

The instrument is used to measure and analyze the switching transition time of on-load tap changer, transition waveform, transition resistance, accurate measurement of circuit breaker, etc. The user can measure directly by the tap switch lead or with the transformer itself according to the needs and field conditions. It can display, analyze, print, store, communicate, upload, PC test and other functions of the measured data, so as to diagnose the potential fault of on-load tap switch in time in the preventive test of power equipment and overhaul of transformer, and improve the reliability of power system operation.

Functional features:

1.High-precision measurement: high-speed ARM processor and 6-channel high-resolution synchronous A/D conversion, four-wire resistance measurement method, eliminate lead resistance, and achieve high-precision measurement.

2.Light oscilloscope function: It can record A, B, C three phases at the same time in three channels, and the instrument can automatically capture and display the transition resistance and time jump process in the transition process. It can work normally in complex environments and is far better than light oscilloscopes in terms of accuracy and intelligence.

3.Comprehensive testing capability: A comprehensive measurement of various parameters of on-load tap-changers can be achieved in one instrument. Such as switch selection, whether there is a break point, transition waveform, transition time, transition resistance, three-phase consistency, etc. during the whole process of switching. The time and resistance of each time period in the waveform can be further analyzed in detail.

4.Perfect human-machine control: The 320240 high-resolution display is selected and driven by a high-speed microprocessor, a perfect human-machine interface, full Chinese character prompts, high-speed printing, and intuitive and fast output results are realized. The built-in help menu basically allows the operator to operate without reading the manual.

5.USB storage management: 100 test records can be stored inside the instrument. You can also connect a U disk for data transfer, and the file system is fully compatible with standard PCs.
